I just started using fitocracy and I love how they make it easy to log workouts. But has anyone found a way to link fitocracy to tumblr by any chance? Any suggestions on how to make my fitocracy experience better? thanks in advance! :)

WOD 4.29.11 Legs/Cardio

Circuit 1: 4 sets

Barbell Squat + Deadlift (135lbs x10#)

Circuit 2: 4 sets

Walking Lunges (85ft) + Step-ups (10# each side)

Circuit 3: 4 sets

Thrusters 10# + 10 Burpees

The gym closed early again today which was so irritating. My plan was to lift heavy weights but had to improvise after the first circuit.

Post workout meal: 5 eggs, tomatoes, onions, and spinach. Oh… and Sriracha sauce too. Buen Provecho!

WOD 4.27.11 Abs/Shoulder/Arms

When your school gym is unexpectedly closed, these resistance bands are a lifesaver.


Abs Circuit: 4 sets
-PerformanceU ab exercise x 10 reps
-Swiss ball V-Ups x 20
-Oblique situps x 12 each side
-Russian Twists x 20 no weight

Circuit 1: 4 sets

-Machine shoulder press: (90lbs, 80lbs, 70lbs, 70lbs) x 12 reps
-Bicep curls: (12r, 12r, 12r, 12r)
-Triceps pushup (failure)

Circuit 2: 4 sets

-Triceps dip (failure)
-in and out curls (12, 12, 12, 12)
-Lateral raises (12, 12, 12, 12)

Circuit 3: 4 sets

-Crouching Cohen Curls- (12, 12, 12, 12)
-Reverse fly (15,15,15,15)
-Triceps kickback (15, 15, 15, 15)


**All sets WITHIN the circuit were done without rest until the circuit was complete. All resistance came from the bands and body weight except for the shoulder press machine.
